Plum Fancy Boutique Return & Store Policy:
Items must be returned within 30 days from time of pick up or receiving of shipment (in condition bought) for store or account credit. Please send an email to Sales@PlumFancy.com for further questions. Discounted, Sale, Clearance, Door Buster, items bought with a coupon code or promotional items are final sale. You must have proof of purchase via a receipt or invoice. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Any items added accidently to your cart and paid for on your accord will be returned as account credit only.
Plum Fancy Project Class deposits are nontransferable and non refundable.
Shipping Policy: Items typically ship out within 1-4 business days. Shipping prices are $4 per initial item and $1 for ever item added onto the order. If you choose to have your item delivered or select local pickup and decide you would like your item shipped, you will be invoiced for standard cost of shipping and shipping will be delayed. Free local delivery is available for online orders over $50 and by request only. Free local delivery is only available in select zip codes (30132, 30157, 30153, 30141, 30127, 30180). You must be home to recieve your items for delivery and only one attempt will be made to deliver your items. If you are not home, item will return to the store for local pickup or you can call/email to arrange shipping. If you receive a damaged item or your packages were lost in shipping you must: Keep item in original packaging. Send detailed pictures of all damaged items and their original packaging, including inside packing materials (brown paper, bubble wrap, styrofoam, packing peanuts, etc.) to Sales@PlumFancy.com. You must then file a claim with USPS and send us your claim number or you may ship the items back at your cost for us to file the claim. Please note that all of our packages are insured through USPS.
Pick-up Policy: All instore pickup items must be picked up within 90 days from fulfillment. If not picked up within 90 days, it will be returned to inventory and no refund will be available. Please check all packages before leaving the store to insure that you have recieved the correct items and that no items are damaged. Plum Fancy is not responsible for any damages occuring after your items leave the store.
